Bloggers vs CNN

During the Atlanta Tea Party on April 15th a CNN reporter named Susan Roesgen displayed bias by proclaiming the Tea Party was "anti CNN" She cut off a man who was trying to explain why he was attending the protest. After CNN shut down their cameras FoundingBloggers
arrived and recorded the upset crowd and the reporter. CNN has alleged that the posting of the video on YouTube violated the companies' rights. YouTube has taken the video down for now but FB has filed a motion to have it reinstated. If this becomes a lawsuit it could be a landmark case for the blogging community. Stay tuned for updates.
