Competitive Eating Records

Do you think you have what it takes to keep up with eating superstars like Joey Chestnut, Don Lehman, Takeru Kobayashi, or Sonya Thomas? Can you eat 58 hot dogs in 5 minutes, 11.8 pounds of burritos in 10 minutes, 7 sticks of butter in under 5 minutes, and then finish off 9 pounds of blueberry pie for dessert?

If you said yes to any of these questions then you might just be ready to join these great athletes in the world of competitive eating!

All of this craziness probably started with Nathan's annual hot dog eating contest at Coney Island. That is the Super Bowl of the eating circuit. If you have the stomach for it, check it out tomorrow on ESPN at 12 noon EST.
