Joe Sestak is was a 3 star admiral who served in the Navy for 30 years and seems to be an honorable man.
Jake Tapper and Major Garrett have both asked White House spokesman Robert Gibbs and have gotten no answers.
Representative Darrell Issa is calling on a special prosecutor to investigate the allegations.
"Right now, they're doing the 'I won't confirm or deny,' and for us, it leaves two possibilities. One is the promise of transparency in this administration is just shot. The second one is even worse, which is either Sestak is lying or the administration has done something wrong and is covering it up…" -- U.S. Congressman Darrell Issa on Friday on March 12, 2010

If President Obama and Vice President Biden had knowledge of this then they would be guilty of felonys and would need to step down from office. In that instance Speaker Of The House Nancy Pelosi would become President. If the Republicans win in November and the investigation drags into next year it would probably be John Boehner to assume the Precidency.
I wouldn't think it would come to that as Presidents usually stay away from the dirty work and leave that for staffers. I could see someone like Chief Of Staff Rahm Emanuel being involved.

By comparison, if the Obama adminstration is guilty of what is charged here without any reference to proof of evidence, then it would pale into insignificance compared to the Evil Three's deeds.

In the real world, some of us have noticed that even the democrats are admitting (now that it's too late to stop the miserable thing) that the "health care" bill had nothing to do with health care at all. Even super-lib, Howard Dean, admitted that it's all about a redistribution of wealth. Remember when Nasty Pelosi said we could read it after it was passed? Well, she had a point. Now that we're finding out what's really in the cursed thing, how many of the jerks who signed it will actively support giving Viagra to child molesters and rapists?
