I don't mind posting a bit here and there on digg from my blog, but no way will I over do it, just one in every 7 or so posts.
I recently got front page on digg (800 diggs!) but it wasn't from my blog, I know if I linked the content to my blog and put my blog post on digg techybytes.com would be banned from digg.com as blogspam.
