Dime Bags-R-Us: RI Approves Marijuana Stores

This week the Rhode Island state senate followed the House in approving marijuana for sale to registered medical patients in non-profit stores. This is a step in the right direction, but I hope for the day when a person can grow the plants for recreational use. I think the government has wasted far too much time and taxpayer money chasing down drug users.
