Do Bras Prevent Sagging Breasts?

Cecil Adams, the world's smartest human, tackles one of the most important questions in the history of mankind. Do bras prevent sagging breasts? The general conclusion is that since there are no muscles in the breasts then there is nothing to tone. Is it time to start burning bras again? This blogger thinks so.
