First Annual Virtual Book Burning

This coming weekend I will be holding an online virtual book burning. I got the idea from Florida pastor Terry Jones, who is planning on having a Quran book burning this weekend. Reverend Jones has a following of less than fifty but has been the lead story on most news outlets for the last week.

The Reverend spent no money on advertising and wouldn't have gotten any attention if it wasn't for the 24/7 media "expressing concern" of how a small idiotic church in Florida burning a few books would be received around the world. It's almost as if they wanted to create a controversy, but they are far too noble to do anything that diabolical.







I thought that if he could gain that much attention by burning the Quran, that(with the medias help of course) I could generate millions of hits, earn some great ad revenue, and quite possibly receive a call from President Obama begging to reconsider my dangerous act.

Along with the Bible, the Quran, the Tanakh, the Bhagavad Gita, I also plan on burning The Little Brown Handbook and my organic chemistry books for the grief that both caused me in my college years.
