For Firmer Leg Muscles, Change Your Shoes

Could firmer glut and leg muscles be possible by simply changing your shoes? That's what developers of a new shoe by Reebok called the EasyTone are claiming. The new shoes are made for walking and should not be used by runners as the design makes them slightly unstable. A limited study showed that glut muscle usage increased by 28% with hamstring and calf muscle use increased by 11%. The study was small but just might be the perfect Christmas gift to help walk off the holiday fruitcake and ham.
