ICS's Top 100 Films From The Nineties

The International Cinephile Sociey has released their top 100 films from the nineties. There are some predictable films as well as some that will leave you scratching your head at their selection.
That is the purpose of these lists; to put enough films to appear credible while at the same time adding some that will spark debate and more traffic to their website.
Of the 100 on the list, I have seen 46 with Short Cuts, Miller's Crossing, GoodFellas, and Groundhog Day being my favorites from the list.
