I've Lost My Karma!

I try to be a good blogger at Orble. My site is consistently one of the top news blogs in the company (thanks to my readers btw). So how is that the brass have decided to lower my karma score? Should I blog less and comment more or do I need to write more human interest stories as opposed to honey and American Picker articles?
