Lindsay Is No Madonna

Lindsay Lohan is allegedly suing the E-Trade baby and his parent company over the name Lindsay being used in the latest commercial. The Lindsay in the commercial appears as a "milkaholic" in last frame.

While Lindsay may not be one of the most popular names, I don't think she owns the copyright to it.

Typical behavior from her, its sad because I think the girl has some talent.
