The state that will send Al Franken to the Senate has some very telling ideas when it comes to taxes. Two-thirds would like to see taxes raised on the rich to help with the state's budget shortfall, but 60% are against having their own taxes raised. Tax hikes reduce tax collections because people do better when they get to use their money to start or expand businesses.
