Since the Human Genome Project decoded our DNA, the percentage of likeness between chimps and humans has fluctuated between 95 and 98 percent. Many are already calling Ida, as the female miracle is being called, the 8th Wonder Of The World. We have definitely come a long way since Gregor Mendel wanted to make bigger and better pea pods.
