New FTC Guidelines To Affect Endorsements By Bloggers

Beginning December 1st the FTC can start cracking down on bloggers who offer endorsements for politicians or publish reviews if they don't disclose any paid endorsements or bias for or against the person or product they are endorsing or reviewing. In short be careful of accepting free books or movies and then offering a favorable review or accepting free gifts and not disclosing them when offering political endorsements.
