North Face vs South Butt

The North Face apparel company has filed a lawsuit against a eighteen year old entrepreneur for copyright infringement. The South Butt company is the idea of St. Louis teen Jimmy Winkelmann. Jimmy wanted to earn some money for college and at the same time parody the people who overspend on name brand clothes like North Face. People watching has long been one of my favorite activities and to watch some of the people coming out of the high priced clothiers reminds me of Dr. Seuss's story of The Star Bellied Sneetches. Hopefully Jimmy's idea will earn him millions and embarrass North Face for behaving like the Sneetches themselves.
