The Preakness Presented By The Government?

The Maryland assembly has just used government's secret weapon, eminent domain, to keep the Pimlico race track from filing bankruptcy. The move will keep the second jewel of the Triple Crown in Maryland. Few laws anger me more than eminent domain and few are more abused by greedy politicians. This move could set a dangerous precedent that would allow governments to block companies from selling to other companies or moving out of state.
