Upillar.com: Hybrid of eBay and CraigsList

For years eBay has dominated the online used marketplace for auctions as has Craigslist for local classifieds. Now we have upillar.com, which claims to be a national(or possibly even international) classified. Auto dealers can sell cars from their lot for a greatly discounted first year rate of 750 dollars and individuals can sell or trade for free. I think it's a good idea, although I'm not sure where their revenue will be coming from if most of the classifieds are free.
